MAP Fund Grant Program
There are presently no open calls for submissions.
Since 1989, MAP has invested in artistic production as the critical foundation of imagining, and co-creating, a more equitable and vibrant society. In partnership with other philanthropies, MAP provides project funding, general operating support, and coaching services to artists. We’ve distributed over $36 million to more than 1,400 projects at the forefront of re-imagining inherited models of artistic production, cultural paradigms, and related practices.
In this grant cycle, MAP will invest $2.8M in the performance sector. More than 90 grantees will receive a $25,000 grant for the creation and development of new, live performance projects, a $5,000 unrestricted general operating grant, and a $1,000 microgrant to redistribute to another artist in their community.
